The bill payer's permission is required before using the services advertised on this wapsite/web and sms ("the services"). This is not a subscription service. The services are charged at value added services rates (free minutes do not apply). All costs are VAT inclusive. WAP enabled phones are required to access wap and web. Incorrect entries/requests will be billed in full. By utilising the services, you agree that Link2me Tracking cc ("Link2me") may contact you via SMS with promotional information/offers from time to time. Link2me is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from the use by you of the services, and the services are used at your own risk. Link2me does not accept liability for incorrect information being disseminated, errors and omissions excepted. If you enter a competition then the judge's decision is final, winners will be notified telephonically. We have the right to terminate any promotion without liability. All information and pricing of the services are correct at the date it is published on the web site or mobi site but may be subject to change. Link2ME - Terms and Conditions for Competitions

1.This competition is open to anyone in South Africa except the employees of Link2me, their promotional and advertising agencies, associated companies and their immediate family members.

2.The promotion runs from 1 October 2011 up to and including 23 October 2011 and may be extended without notice in the sole discretion of Link2me.
 
3.Prize winners will be notified telephonically by Link2me or such other and/or later date as may be determined by the judges.

4.Consumers must retain their proof of purchase in order to claim the prize.

5.Upon entering the competition the entrant agrees and grants Link2me the right to use his/her name and photographs in any advertising and promotional material without any compensation.
6.Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Link2me has the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice.

8.In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Link2me, its agents and/or promoters.

9.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.Sms’s to be charged at R2.00 per sms. VAS rates apply, Free sms’s do not apply.

11.Entering this competition indicates acceptance of all the above rules.
